Shipping Information - Free Postage in the UK

Each mounted print is supplied with a backing board and bagged in a cellophane wrap. They are then packaged securely in a sturdy outer cardboard surround and posted via Royal Mail First Class. I’ll send an email to confirm that the print / prints have been despatched.

Shipping Information - Postage outside the UK

I also provide an International postage service for your chosen Prints and Cards. Just email me with details of where in the World you live and I will send you a quote for the additional shipping costs.

Damaged goods

If in the unlikely event your prints arrive damaged or in poor condition, simply send me a digital photo of the damage and the packaging to hlevitt.art@gmail.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell me whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost on receipt of the returned print.

Changed your mind?

If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the print. Unfortunately I do not refund the cost of delivery.

To return an item, please pack them in the original packaging and include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, as well as your order number. Please include a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the prints and I advise you to return your item via a trackable method.

Refund payments

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
